The Hamilton County Common Pleas Court returned a Not Guilty verdict on a Second-Degree Felonious Assault charge against our client following a three-day jury trial.
The prosecution alleged that our client assaulted the complaining witness during an altercation outside an apartment building, resulting in serious injuries. Our client consistently maintained that he did not assault the complainant and was only attempting to break up a dispute.
After hearing all the evidence, the jury found our client Not Guilty of Second-Degree Felonious Assault, successfully clearing him of the charge.
