Eric Buchakjian

Eric Buchakjian brings with him 15 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Moermond & Mulligan, LLC, Eric worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney representing the State of Ohio in felony criminal cases. Eric Buchakjian successfully prosecuted all levels of crimes, including complex cases such as child sex cases, financial crimes, RICO crimes, and multi-jurisdictional drug investigations. Among his many responsibilities were conducting jury and bench trials and managing all aspects of the litigation process.

Eric Buchakjian can see and evaluate the case from the State’s perspective, enabling him to provide a thorough and aggressive defense. From his recent professional accomplishments to his first position as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, Eric has consistently demonstrated a knack for the law and an uncompromising will to win.
