Jurors in the Clark County Common Pleas Court returned a verdict of Not Guilty following a four day jury trial. Our client was charged with multiple serious offenses, including Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault, Discharging a Firearm Over a Public Roadway, Weapons Under Disability, and Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle. After hearing all the evidence, the jury acquitted our client on all counts of the indictment.
