Jurors in a Kettering Municipal Court trial rendered a verdict of not guilty in a case where our client was accused of assault and child endangering. Our client was a trained behavioral specialist at a school for mal-adjusted children. A child reported our client, claiming they were assaulted. The matter was captured on video, which our team used to argue for our client’s innocence. The jury agreed, and our client is able to continue their career assisting children with behavioral and other disabilities.
